Corruption can happen for many reasons. The best thing is to try and get a reproducible scenario. Corruption only tells us what is corrupt, not the actions leading up to it.
If you have that, then it is possible to investigate further.

This isn't a bug or anything that will be fixed. The whole point of local encryption is to stop people from accessing data without the valid ID file to do so. If you don't have the ID, then you will not able to access the data.
I would recommend reading up on IDVault so that you don't lose IDs.

I am not familiar with this issue. Have you opened PMRs for these issues?
